CFL-03 Wind Profiler Radar

The BIRM CFL-03 system is a Doppler,steerable beam, boundary layer wind profiler radar ,with solid-state transmitter， that reliably provides continuous and real-time vertical profiles of horizontal wind speed and direction, horizontal wind components, and vertical velocity from 60m up to 3km～5km above ground level (agl) in unattended operation. When an optional Radio Acoustic Sounding System (RASS) is added to the BIRM CFL-03 system, virtual temperature data is provided from 60m up to 1km～1.5km agl. The maximum altitude of valid measurements is dependent upon atmospheric conditions.
