The clothes made of this protective fabric have multi-functional protection for the safety production. It can prevent the explosion accident caused by static; help the persons flee for people¡¯s life and rescue when building a fire; prevent from injuring by oil and causing the disease. The clothes and products can be used in many industries, such as coal industry, mining industry, petrochemical industry, petroleum industry, transportation industry, war industry.
Its antistatic function accords with the standard of GB12014-89, the flame retardant function accords with the standard of GB8965-1998, EN531, EN470-1, EN533, the functions of waterproof and oil-proof accord with the standard of GB12799-91. The fabric feels very soft, ventilating and comfortable, and it is the most new-type security protective materials.
The producing method of ventilating fabric with functions of antistatic, flame retardant, oil-proof and waterproof has been declared the patent for invention to State Intellectual Property Bureau. The application number of the patent is 200310112733.6. The protective fabric produced by this way, is measured by the National Labor Protective Products Quality Inspection Center. Every properties index is eligible, and meets the needs of foreign liquid chemicals protective clothing. The products have already been sold to the international market.
